To all Doctors and assistants

We use a delivery service so there are certain schedules that we have to follow in order to pick up and deliver your cases to you in a timely matter.

We need to receive calls for cases that you need back on the same day between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. only. Please no exceptions. They will be returned to your office by 4:30 that afternoon. If you want them before this time there will be a charge of $24.00 as we are being charged by the delivery company to disrupt their regular route.

For overnight services, cases will be returned by 4:00 p.m. the next day. We do not have a night shift so we need time to get the cases picked up and time to work on them to get them back to you. A fee of $21.00 will be charged if you want them back before that time so we can have a Technician to stay longer at night.

For all other deliveries, please do not schedule your patients before 10:30 a.m. We would have to disrupt the driver's schedule and charge you $17.00 extra. If your patient is not scheduled unil a later time please put within a half hour of the scheduled time.

Because the delivery service has other clients, we need you to make sure on all pick ups the cases are ready before calling us. We do not want to charge you $5.00 for the driver to return a second time.

Please put the cases in the same area at all times. Then there will be no mix ups for the driver so they can get all of the cases at one time.

Remember when you schedule your patient add one day for the pick up and one day for the delivery in addition to the working days for the case.

If you call after 2:00 p.m. do not count this day as a pick up day or a working day. The case will be picked up the next day which will start your count.

When you call for a pick up, please let the person you talk to know if your office will be closed for lunch or closing before 5:00 p.m. on that day. Also, let them know if you need the case back earlier then the normal working days.

Please put the Doctors name and or clinic name, the due date and the time needed back on the Prescription. If we don't have the name, date, or time we cannot get it to you at the time you need it back.

When calling our office for a due date, please make sure you put the date discussed and out to the side put : per (and the name of whomever you spoke with).

If your office is located in Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, or Jonestown, we only pick up and deliver in that area one time a day. The hours for those pick ups and deliveries are : 11:30 to 1:00. Please schedule your patients accordingly. Therefore we cannot do a same day case for you. You can bring it to our office no later then 10:00 a.m. and pick it up that afternoon if you need a same day or your patient can bring it and pick it up. Please call ahead of time to see if we can do the same day for you if you are bringing it.

We Close our office at 12:00 on every Friday. Monday through Thursday we are opened from 7:30 until 5:00. We do not have an answer machine or service.
